$30/hr – In shop repairs/work; Typical jobs are within the 1-2 hour range, or less.
$40/hr – On site repairs/work, remote support, training/teaching. *1 hour minimum
$5/flat – Pick up, and drop off. (both ways)
All payments are due at time of pick up for in shop work, and within 5 business days for on site, remote, and training services. For any parts needed to be ordered, payment is due before any parts will be ordered. Other arrangements can be made, but must be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done. Cash, Cheque, and E-Transfers are accepted. No Debit/Credit at this time.
In terms of services, we have no set “list”. We cover whatever it is you need that is an electronic device. If we don’t offer the service you need, we will recommend someone who does.
We provide all new system builds with 1 year labour-only warranty, and 1 year tech support. Systems built by us also receive a 10% discount on services needed for that device. Any parts used will carry their respective manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-3 years typically. As part of the Neilsoft System Warranty the RMA process will be covered, but does not included any costs incurred during said process as typically return shipping is not free.
